These terms govern your use of the Filify platform, including our escrow-secured trade execution, AI verification services, and verified agricultural exporter marketplace.
By accessing or using the Filify platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. Filify provides a trade orchestration framework connecting exporters and importers; we are not a party to the underlying sale of goods.
All trade payments are held in regulated escrow vaults operated by Tazapay. Filify does not hold, transmit, or disburse client funds. Release conditions are defined by the trade state machine and require verified delivery documentation or dispute resolution before payout.
Filify facilitates KYC/KYB identity verification through Dojah, SGS inspection coordination, PhytoCheck AI validation, and AI-powered document verification. These services are provided to reduce trade risk but do not constitute legal, financial, or insurance advice.
Users must provide accurate information, comply with applicable export/import regulations, and refrain from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity. Filify reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules or present material compliance risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Filify's liability is limited to the amount paid to Filify for platform services in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for losses arising from trade counterparties, shipping events, or regulatory actions.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware unless otherwise required by law.
