Coordinate container shipping across international trade lanes. All Filify contracts execute FOB — the buyer nominates the carrier, and escrow release is gated on verified shipment.
Filify does not broker freight or display public rates. Instead, the verified importer books directly with their chosen carrier, then shares the booking details privately with the exporter inside the workspace.
Once a trade order is escrow-funded and SGS-inspected, the importer chooses a shipping line or carrier directly and enters the booking details — carrier name, booking reference, vessel, voyage, container ID, ETD and ETA — inside their private Importer Dashboard.

Those booking details sync automatically and privately to the exporter's matching trade in their Exporter Dashboard, so the exporter knows exactly where to deliver the consignment and which vessel it must catch.

This entire booking exchange happens strictly between the verified importer and exporter on that specific trade. It is never visible publicly, shared with other Filify users, or exposed to any third-party widget.

Freight rates change by the hour and depend on cargo type, volume, Incoterms, and lane. Filify keeps the booking decision between the importer and their chosen carrier, then records the result securely inside the trade file.
Because every Filify contract is FOB, the importer is responsible for selecting and paying the ocean carrier. The exporter's job is to deliver the goods to the shipping line at the origin port and upload the Bill of Lading. That clean handoff is what makes escrow release possible.
